Dr. Chandra Britt Armstrong

Dr. Chandra Britt Armstrong is a native of Denver, Colorado, where she graduated from Gateway High School. Then she attended Spelman College, where she double majored in Math and Pre – Med. In 1990, she graduated magna cum laude.

After college, she returned to Denver to attend the University of Colorado Health Science Center to complete her doctorate in Medicine with Honors in 1994. Following her graduation, she left Colorado to complete a residency program in Family Practice at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's / Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago. Her performance in the residency program was noted with her selection as Chief Resident for her class.

Dr. Armstrong has been providing health care services at 1862 Candler Road in Decatur, Georgia since 1997. As Medical Director of Dekalb Family Medicine On Candler (DFMOC), Dr. Armstrong is in charge of day-to-day operations and is committed to providing high quality healthcare service to each and every patient. As a board-certified family practice physician, Dr. Armstrong provides comprehensive primary care for adult patients as well as children.

In 2004, Dr. Armstrong's husband, Samuel D. Armstrong, came to DFMOC to work as Practice Administrator. Together, they have begun working on the enhancement of all aspects of operations with the goal of providing superior healthcare services to the surrounding community.

As a member of the health ministry of Ray of Hope Christian Church, under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Cynthia L. Hale, Dr. Armstrong expanded her reach of healthcare to rural areas of Georgia and other locations in the world. She has been the Medical Director for Ray of Hope's "Hope Through Health Clinic" since 2000, and has been involved in medical missions since 1999.

Specializing in pediatrics, women's health care and preventive medicine for the entire family, Dr. Armstrong has developed a strong reputation of taking good care of generations of families in the metro Atlanta area.

Dr. Kristy Levarity-Conley

Dr. Kristy Levarity-Conley

Dr. Kristy Levarity-Conley attended Florida State University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry in 2000. In 2005, Dr. Levarity-Conley earned her doctorate of Medicine from the University of Florida, College of Medicine. During her studies, she taught high school for one year. She completed a two-year internship in Obstetrics at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C., and finished her family practice residency at Columbus Regional Medical Center in Columbus, Georgia.

Dr. Kristy Levarity-Conley has practiced medicine previously at NextCare Urgent Care Center and Eagles Landing Family Practice. She is excited to use her wealth of knowledge to provide care for the patients of DeKalb Family Medicine.

Dr. Levarity-Conley is an active member of the American Academy of Family Practitioners and the Georgia Academy of Family Practitioners. She is a native of Miami, Florida, and married with one daughter.
