Why choose CoolGlide Excel Laser Spider Vein Treatment?

·           CoolGlide Excel Laser Spider Vein Treatment involves no painful injections like traditional sclerotherapy and it is equally effective.

·           Many patients respond to just one treatment although multiple areas may require multiple treatments.

·           Treatments take only a few minutes.

Intended Result

Most people experience the elimination of the majority of the unsightly veins. Treated areas should show significant improvement within two to six weeks of treatment although multiple treatments may be necessary for optimum results.

Procedure Description

The CoolGlide Excel cools and soothes as it glides along your skin. A powerful pulse of laser light targets unsightly blood vessels. Surrounding tissue is unaffected. A built-in cooling tip helps protect the skin and minimize discomfort.

No anesthesia or pain medical is required although some patients use a topical anesthetic cream or lotion when sensitive areas are treated. There is little, if any, pain following treatment.

Recuperation and Healing

Following your treatment, some redness or bruising may occur. Occasionally, you may experience redness or localized swelling that usually lasts for less than a day.

Normal activity may resume immediately although patients are cautioned to avoid rigorous activity for up to 24 hours.

Leg treatment patients may be asked to avoid hot baths or to wear hose for a short time.
